  Considering the current health climate, I think there should be better infection control education provided to the staff at this Post Office.
  
  I went to collect a parcel, saw the woman behind the counter with gloves receive cash from one client, pass money back, and do the same for another client, with no pause for hand hygiene in between. I then had to pick up my parcel, which I promptly sprayed with Glen 20.
  
  The women behind the counter will wear gloves, which may protect themselves, but they fail to use hand sanitiser in between customers. As many older, vulnerable people go to the post office to manage bills and transactions and pay in cash, I feel that the post office employees should take better responsibility in caring for the community and implement hand hygiene between customers.

  Poor customer service, I’ve read a lot of the reviews on here and they describe my experiences with this post office. My parter also had her parcel given to the wrong person, he was able to collect the parcel without identification...??? No explanation or apology was given, they just don’t care.

  DIRECTED AT MANAGEMENT:
  Constantly short staffed, I feel sorry for the people who work there as the manager is indifferent, dismissive and (on numerous occasions) completely ignores postal customers. It seems an effort and inconvenience to collect my parcels from there. The one helpful staff member gets 5 stars for doing what she can amidst the working environment.

  The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Incredibly rude. I actually got a PO Box at a post office further away so I would no longer have to deal with them.
